The heart and soul of our work is helping to keep kids from dropping out of school; along the way, we nurture them past mere academic survival and on to success in life. Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.  All of the work we do is aimed not only at helping kids become better students, but to help students become better citizens. By providing opportunities for learning not only through academics but through service and experience, we make learning relevant and fun. By working one on one with each youth, we engage them in what we hope will become a life-long learning process. The final result: students who succeed not only in school, but in life.
